I would just like to thank the manager, her deputy and all the wonderful staff at Ivybank House for the continued care and support given to my brother and myself. Their sheer dedication is truly admirable. They all make this home a very special place.
The team at Ivybank House Care Home in Bath are incredible. Every time I visit Dad, it's like going to see friends and family. The whole team get on so well and all work incredibly hard. They consistently go the extra mile for the residents. The food is excellent and the activities, socials and parties they organise are fantastic. We could not have found a better place for Dad.
We feel that the level of care that Mum is receiving could not be bettered. We knew that Mum can be "awkward" at times but she is always treated with dignity, respect and an appropriate level of humour. She's always smartly dressed, clean and with her hair looked after. All the staff deserve the highest praise.
Having gone into Ivybank House Care Home for a temporary stay five months ago, Dad soon decided that he wanted to stay permanently. He is full of praise for the care he receives from all the staff, their friendliness and the dignity with which they treat him.
Mum seems very settled and happy at Ivybank House Care Home. She enjoys the trips out and the activities provided. As long as she is happy, we are happy!
Since my mother-in-law has moved into Ivybank House it's given her a new lease of life. She's much more motivated and happier and now has a life amongst people who really look after her well. Being taken out on trips and involving her in everything they do. We couldn't wish for anything more.

We've had a very busy few days! 🎉
We celebrated not one, but TWO birthdays 🥳🎂, enjoyed some time playing a very intense game of Scrabble 🔠, and got creative with lavender bag making 💜🌿.
Two of our residents, who love a good hike, walked all the way to Odd Down 🚶♀️🚶♂️, treated themselves to a lovely lunch 🍽️, and then made the journey back – what an achievement! 👏
To top it all off, we had the cutest little therapy dog come in to say hello 🐶❤️, bringing lots of smiles and cuddles to everyone.
What a wonderful few days filled with fun, friendship, creativity, and plenty of happy memories! 😊

🌍🎉 Today we celebrated Cultural Day at Ivybank, and what an absolutely amazing day it was! 🎉🌍
A huge thank you to everyone who cooked and shared some very special dishes. 🍽️❤️ It was wonderful to come together and celebrate the many different cultures that make our Ivybank family so special.
We enjoyed delicious foods from different regions of Africa 🌍, the Philippines 🇵🇭, and Germany 🇩🇪. Residents, staff, and family members all joined in the celebrations, creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day. 🥰
Our staff proudly wore traditional clothing 👘👗, and our residents thoroughly enjoyed seeing the variety of outfits and learning about different cultures and traditions. 🌎✨
Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. It was a truly memorable celebration of diversity, community, friendship, and togetherness. ❤️🤝
